I contacted Merry World to set up pick up from Port Klang–we came off a cruise ship and the average excursion was around $100pp. So we decided to create our own. We were able to reserve a 10 seater van for 8 hours including tolls, parking, fuel and a driver for RM550 or around $135. Which when you are splitting 8 ways is very economical. We were picked up on time by a wonderful driver named Lee. He spoke great English and was able to give us background and history of the area. We knew we wanted to see the Batu Caves as well as the towers and then the rest of our time we left up to Lee’s discretion. It was a wonderful day I recommend this company. And Lee was the best!
